Bioponic Phytoceuticals Announces $500,000 Exclusive Production and Sales Agreement with Malie, Inc.

Bioponic Phytoceuticals, Inc. ("Bioponic" or "the Company") (OTC PK: BPYT) today announced that an agreement has been signed with Malie, Inc. of Kauai, Hawaii for the exclusive production of Malie’s new Facial Tonic product line using Bioponic’s proprietary ingredients and formulations. The Company anticipates that the contract will develop into a long-term, multi-million dollar opportunity for its specialized distillation/extraction production capabilities.

The line, currently in production, includes four facial tonics: Rescue (formulated with extractions of Hawaiian grown herbs including -Lilikoi and Lemon Grass); Renew (Ginger and Lime); Purify (Guava and Pineapple); and Beautify (Jasmine and Rose). These products, now being introduced to the Health and Beauty Aid, and spa markets have been featured at the International SPA Association show at Las Vegas, Nevada.
