Bioponic Phytoceuticals Signs Marketing Agreement With Truly Natural Marketing

MAUI, HI--(Marketwire - July 22, 2008) - Bioponic Phytoceuticals, Inc. ("Bioponic" or "the Company") (PINKSHEETS: BPYT) announced today that it has signed a marketing agreement with Truly Natural Marketing ("Truly Natural"), a New Hampshire-based sales and marketing firm specializing in representing all-natural healing products to North American health food retailers. Truly Natural will market Bioponic's key product lines as part of the Company's national product roll-out strategy.
Over the past 15 years, Truly Natural has specialized in representing personal care and organic, all-natural healing products with clean ingredients and ecological packaging. Among the brands it has helped develop are: Burt's Bees; Ecco Bella; Indigo Wild; All Terrain; Parissa; PeaceKeeper Cause-Metics; and Baudelaire. The principal of Truly Natural, Sol Solomon, is a 30-year veteran of the natural products industry. Prior to founding Truly Natural, Solomon spent 15 years managing a distribution company for national and international brands, including: Aura Caci; Borlind of Germany; Dr. Hauschka; Boiron; Bach Flower Remedies; Mole Hollow Candles, and Hyland's Homeopathics.
