Bioponic Phytoceuticals, Inc. (Bioponic or the company) announced that new rules established by the Transportation Safety Administration (TSA) on Sunday August 13, 2006 allows for the exemption of Flight Spray from the recently established ban on passengers carrying liquids onto flights.
